Can I return an item?

Yes, if you have made a mistake with your purchase you can return it within 30 days for a full refund less shipping charges. However the audio book must still be sealed and returned well packaged so it arrives in new, resalable condition. 

What if you have sent me a faulty or incomplete audio book?

If you receive a faulty product then we provide a full refund or replacement. Just contact us.
