All prices are in Australian dollars; for overseas customers we deduct the Australian goods and services tax, so book prices will be 10 per cent less.
Payment methods
It is easy and safe to pay by credit card and we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Bankcard and Diner's, but there are other ways you can pay.
If you pay by credit card, your account isn't charged until your order, or part of it, is being despatched.
You will see the other options for payment as you process your order.

Dispatch times and express post option
Indicative dispatch times, which are given for each title, range from 24 hours to 12–16 days; note that for the many titles with a 12–16 days choosing express post will not make much difference to how quickly you will get your order.

Remainders (publisher overstocks)
Some of our books are listed as low-cost remainders (all unused, in perfect condition, but some may have a remainder mark through their barcode or have slightly damaged packaging).
Selecting on price, format or abridgment
When browsing a book category, use the drop-down menus to refine the list of titles; for example, use the 'order by price' option [right-side button] to find remainders—cheapest titles will be listed first.
Note: For some titles the same format is listed twice, one of which is more expensive. These are Library editions in special packaging.
Thousands of unabridged MP3 audio titles
The MP3 format is great news for audio book fans with many new titles now appearing in this exciting format. They are cheaper than other unabridged audio books as most fit on just one CD. They can be transferred to your computer and iPod-type player or played on MP3-compatible CD players.
Browsing
When you go to a category, or subcategory, of audio book types (left-side menu) choose MP3 as the format from the drop-down menu. Also, check the MP3 format button when searching for an author.
Find MP3 CD titles from publishers and those in stock
Most of our MP3 titles come from a few publishers: Brilliance, Blackstone, Bolinda, Tantor and the BBC. To find MP3 titles search for these after selecting 'publisher' from the drop-down menu and checking the MP3 format button. Check the 'in stock' button as well and you'll find just the ones in stock.
Our website now lists more than 2000 MP3 titles and we currently have about 80 in stock. Note that Brilliance audio books are formatted to play on Daisy CD players as well as on normal ones.
